Kiku Martinson is the Director of the Real Estate division of Campbell & Rosemurgy Real Estate. Dividing her time at the two offices, Kiku is responsible for administrating and implementing the company policies, establishing budgets, formulating advertising plans, supervising associates, recruiting and training new associates. Kiku started as a sales associate at Campbell & Rosemurgy Real Estate in 1987. Her reputation for hard work and integrity allowed her to quickly become one of their top producers. In 1989, she became a graduate of the Realtor Institute followed by becoming a Certified Residential Specialist in 1991.

Kiku served the City of Deerfield Beach from 1988 thru 1994 as an alternate member of the Board of Adjustment and as both a member and chairperson of the Code Enforcement Board.

As a resident of Deerfield Beach, Kiku graduated from Florida Atlantic University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters Degree in Education. She is also fluent in Estonian.
